[Remote] Sales Closer / Casting Director / Growth Strategist For TV Network ($100k-$250k+)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mawer Capital is actively seeking former Founders, Executives, and Senior Sales Professionals to join their team. In this role, you will engage with small to medium-sized business owners to promote TV marketing solutions and manage a sales pipeline effectively. Responsibilities • Consultative Selling: Conduct 15+ calls per day with prospective applicants (30-minute scheduled consultations), presenting the unique value of an InsideSuccess.TV feature and TV marketing. • Pipeline Management: Track leads daily, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all compliance and admin tasks are completed. • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the brand with enthusiasm as the face of InsideSuccess.TV to business owners. • You aren't just selling a spot; you are casting, qualifying, and helping strategize a massive marketing asset for your client. • When you close a deal, you enable the following: An Entrepreneur's Own TV Documentary, Global Reach, Elite Production, Brand Building, Impact & Legacy. Skills • Proven experience in business development, media, advertising, consulting, OR a background as a Founder/Executive. • The ability to hold strategic conversations with small to medium-sized business owners looking to scale. • Ability to handle high call volume, follow established protocols for admin/reporting, and willingness to record all calls for transparency. • A calm, professional demeanor with top-tier communication skills.
