We are growing quickly and looking for motivated sales closers who want flexibility, uncapped earning potential, and the ability to work fully remotely on their own schedule.
## Position Overview
This is a fully remote, independent contractor sales role focused on closing inbound appointments booked by our outreach team.
You will not be cold calling. Your role is to take scheduled calls with dental offices, understand their needs, demonstrate the value of our AI receptionist service, and close deals.
This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
## What You’ll Do
- Take scheduled Zoom or phone sales calls with dental practices
- Explain and demonstrate Phantom Reception’s AI receptionist services
- Build rapport with office managers, dentists, and practice owners
- Handle objections and guide prospects through the sales process
- Follow up with interested leads when needed
- Keep notes and update lead statuses in our CRM
- Manage your own availability/calendar for appointments
