Remote Sales Closer – $500 Per Deal | Inbound Leads
We are looking for a high-performing remote sales rep to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission role with no cap on earnings — perfect for closers who want to move fast and maximize their income.
We’re leveraging a unique California program and third-party model to help homeowners receive home backup battery systems at no cost to them. Thanks to our aggressive direct mail campaigns (thousands of mailers sent weekly), we’re flooded with inbound, warm leads every day — and we need motivated closers to keep up with demand.
Compensation
• $500 per closed deal
• $250 paid upfront
• $250 paid after install
What You'll Do
• Take inbound calls from warm leads and set your own meetings
• Present over Google Meet – walk homeowners through the program, answer questions, and build trust
• Collect required documents, guide them through the install agreement, and get them signed
• Stay organized and manage your own pipeline from first contact to close
• Follow up promptly with leads to keep deals moving forward
• Aim to run 6+ meetings per day and close 10–15 deals per week (our average close rate is ~50%)
