- Conduct warranty outreach and handle sales of add-ons and upsells
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication to address customer inquiries

- Collaborate effectively within a remote work environment while meeting deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 yearsΒ experience in a customer service role or chat experience
- Experience leading within a remote work environment
- Strong attention to detail and high level of professionalism
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make personal connections with customers and exhibit strong decision-making skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
