Remote Sales Chat Agent
Job Description
Shift: Weekend (Friday - Monday) 4/10s
- 5 PTO days...
Evergreen is hiring a customer service/sales chat agent. This person is expected to be hands on with the ability to call customers, assist online customers with their shopping experience by upholding a positive attitude, answering questions on products/brands via the online chat. This person will be conducting warranty outreach and can sell add-ons and upsell products via chat or phone. This person should exhibit good written and verbal communication, and problem-solving abilities.
A positive attitude, punctuality, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a strong commitment to meet deadlines in a dynamic team environment are also required. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment that respects and acknowledges individual effort.

- Experience leading within a Remote Work Environment
