[Remote] Sales Business Intelligence Analyst

They are seeking a Sales Business Intelligence Analyst to turn sales data into actionable insights that support revenue growth and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Build, maintain, and distribute monthly and quarterly client metric reports
ā¢ Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue summaries, KPIs, and performance scorecards
ā¢ Enhance dashboards in partnership with the IT Product Owner to deepen sales visibility
ā¢ Distribute incoming sales and invoiced revenue reports; assist with automation
ā¢ Identify underperforming accounts using revenue, utilization, and activity data
ā¢ Track revenue impacts from pricing adjustments and support commission calculations
ā¢ Prepare data and visuals for quarterly leadership and board-level presentations
ā¢ Support creation of decks for QBRs, RFPs, and internal meetings
ā¢ Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and validate outputs
ā¢ Provide data pulls, forecasting support, and reporting for strategic initiatives
ā¢ Assist in developing long-term tools such as sales churn reporting
Skills
ā¢ Minimum of 1 to 3 years in data, analytics, business intelligence, or sales operations role
ā¢ Previous experience with Salesforce
ā¢ Strong experience with Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, and data visualization tools
ā¢ Experience building reports for non-technical business audiences
ā¢ Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical data into business insights
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or related field
ā¢ Previous experience in the investigative insurance and/or medical management
