[Remote] Sales Business Intelligence Analyst

They are seeking a Sales Business Intelligence Analyst to turn sales data into actionable insights that support revenue growth and strategic decision-making.ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and distribute monthly and quarterly client metric reportsDeliver monthly and quarterly revenue summaries, KPIs, and performance scorecardsEnhance dashboards in partnership with the IT Product Owner to deepen sales visibilityDistribute incoming sales and invoiced revenue reports; assist with automationIdentify underperforming accounts using revenue, utilization, and activity dataTrack revenue impacts from pricing adjustments and support commission calculationsPrepare data and visuals for quarterly leadership and board-level presentationsSupport creation of decks for QBRs, RFPs, and internal meetingsTranslate business needs into actionable technical requirements and validate outputsProvide data pulls, forecasting support, and reporting for strategic initiativesAssist in developing long-term tools such as sales churn reportingSkillsMinimum of 1 to 3 years in data, analytics, business intelligence, or sales operations rolePrevious experience with SalesforceStrong experience with Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, and data visualization toolsExperience building reports for non-technical business audiencesStrong communication skills and ability to translate technical data into business insightsBachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or related fieldPrevious experience in the investigative insurance and/or medical managementCompany OverviewEthos Risk Services is a technology-backed, full-service claims management company.
