Remote Sales Associate (Training Provided)
AO is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Remote Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales, work well with a team, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with policy inquiries, benefits information, and service support.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clientsProvide clear explanations of permanent benefits to clients virtually via ZoomMaintain records and documentation to company standardsWork with team members to ensure efficiency and complianceStrong verbal and oral communication skills
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United StatesHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience in customer service, sales, or team collaboration preferredProficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentationExcellent listening and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skillsAbility to adapt quickly in changing environmentsAttention to detail and a high level of accountabilityProficiency in the Zoom platform and strong communication skills: verbal and written
