The Sales and Marketing Specialist will support agency relationships, manage communication, and ensure efficient referral processes, playing a crucial role in the outreach team.ResponsibilitiesServe as first point of contact for all inbound calls: agencies, probation officers, social workers, community partnersTriage, log, and route calls to the correct team member with accurate notes and contextHandle routine phone inquiries professionally and independentlyMonitor and triage Streets2Schools’ primary company inbox throughout your entire shiftRoute inbound referrals to the intake team promptly with complete and accurate documentationIdentify and flag high-value partnership opportunities to Marketing Coordinator immediately, same day and same hourHandle routine inquiries with professional, on-brand copywriting, independently, without needing direction on every responseMaintain inbox organization so nothing falls through the cracks during shift hoursCreate and configure new officer accounts in the Streets2Schools CCM real-time reporting portalEmail account credentials and clear onboarding instructions to probation officers, social workers, and agency contactsMaintain accurate, up-to-date records of portal users organized by agency and countyTroubleshoot basic access issues; escalate technical problems with full contextSend referral intake forms to agency contacts on behalf of the Marketing CoordinatorNurture warm referral contacts through timely, professional follow-up and keeping momentum without being pushyCoordinate with the intake team to confirm referral receipt and track statusDocument referral activity and proactively flag stalled pipelines to the Marketing CoordinatorOwn and maintain Streets2Schools’ library of outreach materials, one-pagers, and program collateralKeep all materials accurate, current, and presentation-ready at all timesFlag outdated or missing materials and draft updates for Coordinator reviewConduct pre-meeting research on county agencies, key contacts, and organizational context before Marketing Coordinator's callsDraft professional follow-up emails after partner meetings for Marketing Coordinator's review and light editingAssist with preparation of outreach summaries and supporting documentation as neededSupport administration of the elite Graduate Group program, including participant communications, invitations, scheduling, attendance tracking, recognition activities, and related operational tasksSkillsWrite a professional, warm, on-brand email without being told exactly what to sayTreat an inbox like a system: organized, prioritized, nothing slipsAre comfortable on the phone with professionals in social services, law enforcement, or healthcare-adjacent fieldsWork independently and take full ownership of your shift without needing check-insHave an eye for keeping materials organized and presentation-readyCare about the mission and want to understand how your work connects to client outcomes1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, marketing, or customer-facing roleStrong written communication skills and ability to draft professional correspondence independentlyComfortable learning new web-based platforms and software tools quicklyExperience in healthcare, social services, nonprofit, or government-adjacent organizations is a plusCompany OverviewWe are a premier provider of high-quality Psycho-Educational Programs: Domestic Violence, Anger Management, and Parenting classes.
