The Sales Agent is responsible for answering all incoming calls, dialing outbound to clients who inquire about our services, and corresponding via email with clients to ultimately book all viable jobs. NO COLD CALLING! Sales Agents must clearly communicate our company mission to all clients who look for information regarding our service. Maintain and manage multiple interactions with staff and clients and must be able to work effectively in an environment that has many interruptions. The ability to WOW both clients and team members and live CHHJ core values every day! ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Answer all inbound phone calls, handle clients with exceptional WOW service as outlined by our code of conduct. Provide all required information regarding College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving services and procedures. Represent brand positively with each client interaction. Book all viable inbound and outbound sales calls. Maintain acceptable close rate on all bookings. Compliance with all Contact Center policies and procedures including but not limited to the Call Center Employee Handbook. Regular attendance is required as outlined in our policies. TECHNICAL & COMPUTER LITERACY · Basic technical competence: navigating Windows tools, browsers, Microsoft 365, and Zoom. · Adaptability with software: CRM experience, updating browsers, troubleshooting issues. · Problem-solving with tech: following steps and resolving common issues independently. COMMUNICATION SKILLS · Clear and professional verbal communication. · Ability to build rapport naturally with customers. · Confident and calm when explaining services, troubleshooting, or handling objections. CRITICAL THINKING &SALES SKILLS · Multitasking: handling a live call while updating notes. · Sales mindset: building value, finding pain points, and creating urgency. · Confidence in persuasion while maintaining professionalism. · Resourcefulness: knowing when and how to escalate issues. REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED required. Typing proficiency minimum 30 WPM Computer skills a must with knowledge of Microsoft applications and Internet programs PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Excellent and proper oral and written communication skills Ability to demonstrate personal integrity in a team environment. Ability to work in a faced-with paced environment. Strong customer service orientation. This is a remote position.
