We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and goal driven individuals to join our Inside Sales team. We focus on promoting our brand utilizing a blend of sales strategies that will ensure a positive experience and provide a high level of customer service.
Sales representatives will be responsible to follow-up with pre-qualified leads generated daily from our outside lead generation team, radio advertising, referrals, social media, and website. There's no "cold calling". All leads are pre-generated. On-going training and coaching will help you reach a high level of success and earnings.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Represent Weed Man with honesty and integrity in all daily activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in goal driven environment
Ability to be coached
Customer service and/or sales experience is an asset but not required
Required education:
High school or equivalent
Hours: 10- 2 & 4-8 Monday- Thursday, 10-2 Friday, 10- 2 Saturday
Required experience:
Sales experience preferred but not a must.
