[Remote] Sales Account Manager - Pharmaceutical Ingredients

The company is seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to build long-term relationships with accounts in the Pharmaceutical Ingredients sector, focusing on customer retention and technical support.ResponsibilitiesImprove Univar’s position within each account using consultative and in-depth selling at all levels within the accountProspect for new business by conducting sales calls to grow the size of the territory activelyFocus on customer retention and overall customer satisfactionProvide customer technical support and consultant services to increase our overall value to the customerMaintain a clear updated view of your sales pipelineSet pricing and service levels, as well as maintain and coordinate customer quotations or provide necessary information to allow local branches to do soCoordinate with Local Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure proper inventory levelsDemonstrate commitment to safety, both personal and of your colleaguesSkillsMinimum of 3+ years of sales experience in the Pharmaceutical Ingredients (raw chemicals) industry.
