[Remote] Sales Account Manager (Midwest & Eastern US)

ATOP Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to drive business development and revenue growth for next-generation AI infrastructure connectivity solutions. The role focuses on developing strategic relationships with enterprises, cloud service providers, and AI infrastructure companies while achieving sales targets and managing a qualified sales pipeline.ResponsibilitiesDrive new business acquisition while expanding revenue opportunities within existing strategic accounts for 400G to 1.6T optical transceivers and high-speed cable assembliesDevelop account penetration strategies targeting NeoClouds, Cloud Service Providers, AI infrastructure providers, and enterprise data center customersOwn and achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue targets for assigned territoriesForecast revenue accurately and provide regular updates on pipeline status, customer engagement, and closing timelines with the executive managementDevelop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline sufficient to consistently exceed quota objectivesSupport pricing strategy, RFQ, RFI, RFP, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions to maximize revenue and profitabilityMeet or exceed KPI metrics including bookings, design wins, customer qualifications, and margin targetsMaintain executive-level engagement with customers to support long-term account growth and strategic partnershipsSkillsBachelor's degree in business, or a related field, with a strong understanding of technology-driven business environments5+ years of successful sales, business development, or account management experience in optical networking, data center infrastructure, cloud, telecommunications, or related technology marketsExperience selling 400G, 800G, or 1.6T optical transceivers, AEC/DAC/ACC for AI infrastructure solutionsKnowledge of AI cluster architectures, Ethernet fabrics and high-performance networkingAbility to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and executive leadershipSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentWillingness to travel as required for customer meetings, industry events, and business development activitiesMBA or advanced technical degree is a plusCompany OverviewATOP is a manufacturer of AI-Ready high-speed optical transceivers, trusted by data centers, hyperscalers and global network providers who demand performance at scale, with full control and traceability.
