[Remote] Sales Account Manager – Aluminum Mill Maintenance Services

Confidential company is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to grow and manage strategic accounts within the aluminum mill industry across the United States. This role focuses on selling maintenance, repair, and reliability services to primary aluminum producers, rolling mills, and downstream processors, while developing long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesManage and expand a portfolio of key accounts within U.S.-based aluminum mills and processing facilitiesDrive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for maintenance contracts, turnarounds, shutdown services, and reliability programsDevelop and execute strategic account plans to increase wallet share and long-term service agreementsMeet or exceed annual sales targets aligned with $175K–$200K OTE expectationsProspect and develop new business within primary aluminum, rolling, extrusion, and recycling facilitiesBuild relationships with plant managers, maintenance leaders, procurement, and engineering teamsPosition services including: Mechanical and electrical maintenancePredictive/prescriptive maintenance (PdM)Asset reliability and uptime solutionsOutage/shutdown executionOn-site embedded maintenance teamsAssess customer maintenance strategies and identify gaps in efficiency, uptime, and cost optimizationPresent tailored service solutions that improve plant reliability, safety, and operational performanceLead technical discussions in partnership with operations and engineering teamsEstablish trusted advisor status with key stakeholders across operations, maintenance, and leadershipEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionAct as the primary point of contact for escalations, contract renewals, and service performance reviewsMaintain deep knowledge of aluminum production processes (smelting, casting, rolling, finishing)Stay current on industry trends, including decarbonization, automation, and cost management pressuresRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer sitesSkills5+ years of experience in industrial B2B sales, account management, or technical services salesDirect experience selling into aluminum millsStrong understanding of plant maintenance, reliability practices, and industrial servicesProven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a complex sales environmentAbility to travel domestically up to ~50%Experience with aluminum production processes (smelting, rolling, extrusion, finishing)Background in maintenance services, field services, or asset-intensive industriesFamiliarity with CMMS systems, predictive maintenance tools, or reliability engineering conceptsEngineering or technical degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)BenefitsUncapped commission structureComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)Travel reimbursement and remote work flexibilityCompany OverviewThis page is owned and operated by Viral Audience.
