Remote Sailpoint QA Tester - Quality Engineer - QA Analyst | | IAM Test | Identity and Access Management SailPoint Tester Project Background Client is continuing its SailPoint Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation. This project involves transitioning remaining workflows from a legacy system into SailPoint, ensuring audit readiness, compliance, and seamless IAM processes. Candidates will support configuration, testing, reporting, and deployment activities in a highly regulated utility environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute test strategy, test cases, and UAT scripts for SailPoint workflows. • Manage defect lifecycle (triage, prioritization, resolution tracking). • Ensure test deliverables meet regulatory and audit requirements (NERC). Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of IAM experience with at least 2+ years in SailPoint IIQ (IdentityNow a plus). • Experience in regulated industries (utilities, energy, financial services, healthcare). • Strong documentation discipline – must produce audit-ready deliverables. • Onshore (US-based) candidates only – must be eligible for additional network/training clearance. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
