[Remote] Safety & Fleet Analyst

The Safety & Fleet Analyst role supports safety, compliance, and fleet operations by providing analytical insights, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring regulatory support.ResponsibilitiesInteract with employees, customers, clients, and vendors to provide assistance and answer inquiries related to Safety & Fleet servicesServe as a resource for Safety & Fleet policies, procedures, and processesEnsure organizational compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and OH&S regulations and guidelinesEnter, update, and maintain accurate data across Safety & Fleet management systemsConduct routine audits to ensure data integrity following established standardsSupport workers’ compensation activities, including timely incident reportingAssist employees with workers’ compensation rules, regulations, and documentation requirementsAssist with investigations and tracking of fleet incidents, safety violations, and near-miss eventsEnsure internal service level agreements are followed for vehicle crashes and work-related injuriesCoordinate submission of proper documentation and timely reporting of claims to insurance carriersGenerate and review financial and operational reports on fleet performance, spend, and utilizationAnalyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost savings, performance improvement, or risk reductionPrepare presentations, dashboards, and summaries for leadership highlighting key safety indicators and fleet metricsSkillsBachelor's degree with at least one year of relevant experience, or high school diploma/GED with three years of practical experienceStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracyProficient in interpreting data, spotting trends, and problem-solvingCustomer-service oriented with the ability to engage positively with employees, clients, and vendorsWorking knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and OH&S regulations to support compliance and operationsBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance with company-paid health care concierge service401(k) with company matchPaid vacation, sick, personal, and parental leavePaid volunteer timeEmployee Recognition Program with redeemable points for gift cardsEmployee Assistance Program to support daily responsibilitiesAccess to on-demand training courses for career advancementCompany OverviewRemoteHunter is your dedicated AI job search assistant, turning the job hunt from a slow, individual effort into a quicker, smarter, and guided experience by streamlining each step of the process and speeding up your path to the right career opportunities.
