As a Business Development Representative, you will drive outreach efforts, qualify leads, and collaborate with the sales team to build a strong sales pipeline.ResponsibilitiesDrive Growth: Use a blend of cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to spark curiosity about Buynomics and the value we can offerCollaborate on Target accounts: Work closely with Account Executives to identify and approach target accounts, generating a pipeline of qualified leadsQualify Leads: Conduct discovery calls to assess lead fit based on our Ideal Customer ProfileInnovate Outreach Tactics: Continuously test and refine methods to engage prospects in new, impactful waysTeamwork for Success: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop a steady flow of early-stage revenue opportunitiesHit Quarterly Goals: Exceed quarterly targets for initial meetings with qualified prospectsStay Current: Maintain a strong knowledge of Buynomics’ offerings, industry trends, and the challenges facing potential customersSkillsUp to 1 year of full-time experience in sales, marketing, BDR roles, or early-career experience in these areasYou are competitive, self-motivated, and able to manage your time effectivelyConfidence in cold and warm calling to present Buynomics, identify needs, and overcome objectionsA proactive approach with a desire to challenge the norm, learn from peers, and share best practicesFluent English is required; German, Spanish, or another European language is a strong advantageExperience with sales tools (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) and CRM upkeep (e.g., HubSpot)Prior work in a startup, SaaS, or cloud/technology space, ideally in early-stage venturesA Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related fieldA track record of achievement academically, in sports, or through extracurricular activitiesBenefitsHealth InsurancePlus visual and dental.Annual Learning BudgetCompany OverviewEnd-to-end revenue optimization It was founded in 2018, and is headquartered in Cologne, Nordrhein-Westfalen, DEU, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
