The Study Analyst I is responsible for supporting and configuring RTSM applications, executing testing processes, and providing customer support while developing expertise in 4G applications.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and test any managed configuration changes to our clients’ Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) applications, executing the configuration change process. Identify the risk associated with proposed changesWrite and execute efficient test approaches that strike the right balance between effort and risk mitigationBe able to explain the common features and configuration options of our applications to internal and external partnersDevelop expert-level specialization in at least one area of Prancer or other 4G applicationsSolve high complexity issues and questions independently. Partner with Technical Services teams to solve the most challenging issues.
