[Remote] Risk and Compliance Program Manager

This role involves streamlining Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) efforts through scripting and AI tools, while receiving comprehensive training in compliance frameworks.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive compliance tasks and data workflowsUtilize modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, Gemini) to accelerate development, analyze data, and optimize compliance processesConvert unstructured documents, policies, and evidence files into structured, machine-readable formats (JSON, CSV, XML, etc.)Assist with both manual updates and the building of automation within Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systemsActively participate in training sessions to learn complex compliance frameworks and certification requirementsDemonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to high-quality work, and a passion for learning new skillsWork independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of tasksCommunicate honestly, value transparency, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environmentSkillsMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience/bootcamp backgroundStrong foundational knowledge of Python and general scripting conceptsExperience using AI tools like Claude, Copilot, or similar LLMs to write code, troubleshoot, or parse informationUnderstanding of how to manipulate data and convert documents into structured formatsCompany OverviewEstablished in 2000, LanceSoft is a pioneer in delivering top-notch Global Workforce Solutions and IT Services to a diverse clientele.
