The Risk Analyst, Culture of Safety plays a key role in supporting enterprise-wide safety initiatives and programs designed to strengthen organizational culture, reduce risk, and improve operational outcomes.ResponsibilitiesProvide operational and analytical support for Culture of Safety initiatives and programsSupport ongoing activities related to:Professionalism ProgramsTeam STEPPSJust Culture initiativesEmployee engagement and safety programsTrack, monitor, and report key program performance metricsGenerate recurring and ad hoc reports to support organizational decision-makingConduct data analysis and research in preparation for program launches and organizational initiativesSupport committees, workgroups, and stakeholder meetings by preparing materials, reports, and documentationAssist with implementation and deployment of new Culture of Safety tools, processes, and programsMaintain the integrity, confidentiality, and security of program-related dataIdentify trends and opportunities for improvement through analysis of program data and performance indicatorsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support evidence-based risk management practicesSkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or a related field preferredExperience supporting programs, projects, or operational initiativesStrong analytical and reporting skillsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data reporting toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailExperience handling confidential or sensitive information with discretionExperience in healthcare, patient safety, quality improvement, compliance, risk management, or related environmentsFamiliarity with safety culture initiatives, performance improvement programs, or organizational development effortsExperience supporting committees, governance groups, or executive stakeholdersKnowledge of data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platformsCompany OverviewThe Tucker Parker Smith Group ( TPS Group), is a professional recruiting and staffing firm.
