They are seeking a customer-focused Professional Services Consultant to lead implementations and drive customer adoption for their Rhumbix platform, ensuring successful onboarding and operational value for construction clients.ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact to lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise and mid-market customers. Develop implementation plans, timelines, and success criteriaWorkflow Configuration: Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, operational processes, and business objectives. Work with clients to digitize complex, paper-based processes into custom forms (like Time & Materials and Daily Construction Reports)Configure the Rhumbix platform to align with customer requirements and best practicesTraining & Enablement: Deliver targeted training sessions for office admin teams and field users on how to use Rhumbix mobile apps for Timekeeping and Labor ProductivityData Integration Support: Collaborate with the product and development teams to map out customized CSV or ERP payroll exports so data flows flawlessly into systems like Sage and other ERPsCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives on pre-sales demonstration calls to address specific technical needs and relay client feedback to product developersSkills3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Customer Success, or Solutions ConsultingExperience working with construction technology, field operations, workforce management, or SaaS platformsStrong understanding of construction workflows, labor tracking, payroll, or project operationsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to travel to customer sites as neededBenefitsAnnual cash bonusesCommissions for sales rolesStock grantsA comprehensive benefits packageHealth and financial benefitsTime awayEveryday wellnessCompany OverviewAutodesk develops 3D design software for use in the architecture, engineering, construction, and media industries.
