The RFP Analyst plays a key role in winning contracts by preparing, coordinating, and managing bids, tenders, or proposals in response to RFPs and RFQs, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.ResponsibilitiesReviews, prepares, & processes global and high profile complex formal RFPsAssess requirements and compliance guidelines of RFPsFacilitates RFP kick-off calls and additional implementation calls with business owners and leadershipCoordinates response material from all pertinent parties and departments (i.e. Sales, Contracts & Pricing)Cross references product matches to provide equivalent or alternative product solutions to the customerReconciles the pricing and units of measure (quantities) for final document presentationCreate and Manipulate large data sets within Excel Spreadsheets (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.)Analyzes complex RFP’s with account owners to ensure margin protection and ability to comply upon contract award.
