relationships with employers and candidates.ResponsibilitiesConduct approximately 5-10+ candidate screens, qualification calls, and recruiting conversations daily based on active hiring volumeRecruit and place sales, customer success, customer support, account management, business development, revenue operations, and other revenue-focused professionals throughout the United StatesUtilize the AccountMakers platform to review, evaluate, match, and submit qualified candidates to client opportunitiesConduct ongoing talent reviews and candidate profile approvals as a core daily responsibilityReview large volumes of candidate profiles and applications while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality standardsSource highly qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channelsBuild talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needsPresent qualified candidates to employers with detailed candidate summaries and recommendationsUtilize Bullhorn ATS to manage recruiting activity, workflows, candidate records, and placement processesCommunicate directly with employers regarding hiring needs, candidate feedback, interview scheduling, and placement activitySupport employers using the AccountMakers platform and provide guidance regarding platform functionality, recruiting processes, and hiring workflowsBuild long-term relationships with employers and become a trusted recruiting resourceFollow up consistently with both candidates and clients to ensure an exceptional experience
