The Revenue Operations Specialist will execute marketing programs that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across various ecosystems, focusing on campaign management and marketing automation.ResponsibilitiesBuild, QA, and launch creator and brand campaigns across Braze and HubSpot, including emails, pushes, and in‑app/notification center messagesSupport list building, segmentation, and audience management for targeted campaigns that drive creator and brand acquisition, activation, and engagementOwn campaign set-up tasks such as tagging, scheduling, naming conventions, and asset linking to ensure accurate tracking and clean operationsPartner with CRM Managers and Channel Operations to troubleshoot issues (e.g., list discrepancies, QA fixes, link/copy changes) and ensure campaigns go out on timeQA campaigns for spelling/grammar, links, personalization fields, and formatting across devices before launchMaintain and improve marketing automation and CRM integrations to support scalable, accurate campaign executionManage website and campaign updates tied to the broader marketing calendar and roadmapPull and compile performance data from CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Looker/other dashboards) to track sends, engagement, and conversion metricsMaintain recurring campaign and channel reports, ensuring stakeholders have clear, accurate views into performanceSummarize trends and highlight basic optimizations (subject lines, send times, segments) for the CRM and RevOps teams to considerPartner with Data to maintain HubSpot contact data hygiene, including imports, exports, updates, deduplication, and ongoing database maintenanceDocument processes and campaign setups so work can be repeated and scaledCollaborate cross‑functionally with Creator Success, Brand, Growth Marketing, and RevOps to support high-priority initiativesStay curious about CRM best practices and LTK product capabilities, bringing ideas back to the team for testing and optimizationSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field4+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a related disciplineHands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze and HubSpotStrong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to evaluate performance and drive optimizationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and execution qualityEffective cross-functional communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented approachA mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgencyDedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellenceAdaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environmentA growth mindset and openness to feedbackExperience managing marketing databases, contact segmentation, and CRM hygiene best practicesKnowledge of lead generation, lead nurturing, attribution, and campaign measurement principlesBenefitsThe opportunity to be part of the leading global company in creator commerceA remote-first, productivity-first environmentCompetitive compensation and benefits package to meet the needs of you and your family401(k) with LTK company matchingMedical Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental InsurancePaid Maternity Leave and Paid Paternity LeaveSummer Fridays and Flexible PTOFor temporary full-time employees, benefits eligibility may varyCompany OverviewLTK is a marketing company that offers retail sales and shopping apps.
