[Remote] Revenue Operations Manager

They are seeking a hands-on Revenue Operations Manager with deep HubSpot expertise to own, optimize, and scale their CRM and revenue operations infrastructure, collaborating with various teams to improve operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day administration of HubSpot CRMConfigure and maintain pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, permissions, dashboards, and automation workflowsBuild and optimize lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and handoff processesMaintain CRM hygiene, deduplication, and data integrity standardsManage integrations between HubSpot and other systems/toolsOwn Customer Support /Success tools, like Health Scores and Help DeskOwn Commerce Ops, including invoicing, payments, collections, AR reportingPartner with leadership to improve sales processes and operational efficiencyBuild reporting and dashboards for pipeline health, forecasting, conversion metrics, and rep performanceAnalyze funnel performance and identify operational bottlenecksCreate scalable SOPs and documentation for GTM processesSupport territory planning, attribution tracking, and revenue forecastingCollaborate with Marketing on campaign tracking, attribution, and lead managementSupport Customer Success workflows and lifecycle automationTrain internal teams on HubSpot best practices and process adherenceAct as the primary point of contact for CRM troubleshooting and process improvementsEvaluate and implement RevOps tooling and integrationsSupport scaling initiatives, including outbound sales infrastructure and automationHelp define KPIs and operational cadences for the revenue organizationRecommend process improvements based on data and operational insightsSkills3–7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM AdministrationStrong hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM requiredExperience building workflows, automations, reporting, and dashboards in HubSpotStrong understanding of B2B sales funnels and revenue operationsAdvanced spreadsheet and analytical skillsStrong communication and project management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentHubSpot certificationsExperience in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or startup environmentsFamiliarity with outbound sales processes and pipeline managementExperience with tools such as Apollo, Clay, Gong, Zapier, Salesforce, or BI platformsSQL or light technical/data skills are a plusBenefitsSignificant equity opportunitiesCompetitive comp + equityWork Mode: In-person, Hybrid, or RemoteCompany OverviewDemocratizing access to the next generation of mental & neurological health treatments.
