They are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to create a robust operational foundation for their go-to-market organization, focusing on driving growth through scalable processes and insights.ResponsibilitiesSupport lead & pipeline reporting, performance dashboards, forecasting metrics and executive reportingOwn day-to-day administration and optimization of HubSpot, including workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, permissions, automation, and data managementManage and optimize integrations across the GTM tech stack, ensuring accurate data flow and alignment between systemsPartner with sales and marketing to define, operationalize, and evolve KPIs for campaign attribution, conversion, and forecastingSupport annual planning initiatives and ongoing business performance analysis & partner with leadership on territory planning, capacity planning, quota administration, and operational decision-makingAnalyze business performance to identify bottlenecks, process gaps, and growth opportunitiesDevelop dashboards and reporting that provide actionable insights across the funnelEvaluate and implement automation and AI-driven solutions that improve productivity and scalabilityPartner with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable CRM processes, automation, and system enhancementsEstablish and maintain CRM governance, including data quality standards, field management, documentation, and change control processesEnsure HubSpot effectively supports our go-to-market motions and business objectivesLeverage deep HubSpot knowledge to improve reporting, automation, lead management, forecasting, and operational workflowsSupport integrations across the GTM tech stackConduct regular audits for data integrity and drive continuous improvements to process and toolingHelp define scalable processes across the customer lifecycle, from lead management through renewal and expansionDrive adoption of operational best practices, data governance standards, and process consistency across teamsSkills5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or related roles within a SaaS or technology companyStrong experience administering and optimizing HubSpot, including workflows, automation, data management, reporting, and user supportStrong understanding of CRM architecture, data governance, and business process designExperience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and business reporting & providing actionable insightsExperience building scalable processes and operating models in growing organizationsExcellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExperience implementing AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions is strongly preferredBenefitsOffers EquityOffers BonusCompany OverviewNetBox Labs helps teams create and manage complex networks and infrastructure.
