They are seeking a hands-on CPQ Technical Admin to support global sales teams by managing CPQ systems, ensuring accurate quotes, and maintaining Salesforce data integrity.ResponsibilitiesOwn configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Logik CPQ platformBuild and update rules, pricing logic, approval flows, and product configurationsTroubleshoot CPQ issues and ensure system reliability across global quoting activityDrive continuous improvement of CPQ architecture, performance, and automationPartner with Sales to build accurate, compliant, and timely quotesEnsure correct product configuration, pricing, discounting, and approval alignmentSupport Deal Desk workflows and help structure complex transactionsValidate quotes before downstream processing (contracting, booking, and invoicing readiness)Act as a frontline expert for quoting questions and deal execution supportMaintain and improve data quality across Salesforce opportunity and quote recordsPerform ongoing data audits, cleanup, and enrichment of opportunity fieldsEnsure consistency between CPQ, Salesforce Opportunities, and downstream reporting systemsDefine and enforce data standards for opportunity stages, forecasting fields, and deal attributesSupport operational reporting by ensuring clean, reliable, and structured sales dataWork closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure seamless Quote-to-Cash executionSupport renewals and expansions in coordination with Renewal ManagersAct as a trusted partner to Sales leadership to remove deal blockers and improve efficiencySkills3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or CPQ administration roles (SaaS/high-growth tech preferred)3+ years of hands-on CPQ administration experience, including configuration, pricing logic, and system maintenance3+ years of hands-on SFDC administration experienceComfortable working with logic, rules, and system configuration (light programming mindset preferred)Strong ability to interpret data and improve sales process efficiency and accuracyClear, confident communicator who can partner effectively with Sales and cross-functional teamsHigh accuracy in quoting and data management, with strong operational disciplineCompany OverviewVAST Data offers an AI Operating System that integrates storage, database, and compute engine capabilities into a single software platform.
