The Revenue Enablement Training Specialist will design and deliver training curricula to enhance the performance of sales teams, conducting assessments and developing innovative strategies to address skill gaps. Responsibilities Design and deliver comprehensive training curricula that accelerate new hire performance and align with company growth objectives Conduct in-depth performance assessments, providing actionable feedback and support that transforms potential into exceptional sales capabilities Perform rigorous training needs analysis through call shadowing, sales encounter observations, and detailed performance metric evaluations Identify and address skill gaps across sales teams, developing innovative enablement strategies that drive team effectiveness Create and implement cutting-edge training approaches, curriculum, and engagement techniques Develop and track critical training metrics, providing transparent insights to key stakeholders Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment Skills 1+ years of experience in enablement, program management, or sales training roles Proven track record of developing and delivering impactful sales training programs Working knowledge of LMS and relevant software preferred (Saba, Articulate, Adobe Suite) Strong skills in instructional design, program development, and training technologies Proficiency with learning management systems and training software Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and compellingly Creative problem-solver who can design engaging, results-driven training content Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups Benefits Performance bonus Benefits Other applicable incentive compensation plans Company Overview Playlist is the parent company that operates various physical and mental fitness tech companies.
