They are seeking a Revenue Cycle Management Implementation Account Manager to oversee the setup of Revenue Cycle systems and processes for client implementations and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders involved.ResponsibilitiesMeets regularly with internal team members and externally with clients, payers and applicable consultants for all Epic implementations, payer/plan/fee schedule changes, location additions/relocations and line of service addsCompletes documentation necessary for building and updating of Epic file maintenance required for existing business and build/set up for new implementationsServes as SME for Practice Management configuration related to RCM and enhancements to meet business needsWorks closely with other Revenue Cycle staff and leadership team, Project Managers, IT Departments, AppConfig and OperationsCoordinates with RCM Implementations and Operations team members following biannual Fee Schedule Exception Reviews to work on possible standardization with applicable clientsResponsible for ensuring documentation and workflow processes are correct and updated related to existing client set up annually and as neededMeets with all applicable RCM staff for appropriate information hand-off for each implementation/changeMeets all deadlines for implementations, changes and updatesCommunicates progress of implementations and changes and completion to leadershipDocuments updates and project status in ServiceNowSkillsHigh School Graduate minimum education requirement, BS preferred or equivalent work experience3+ years or more coordinating functional areas of revenue cycle management, required3+ years' experience in practice management application configuration and implementation assistance, requiredDemonstrated successful physician third party billing experiencePossess strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skillsStrong knowledge of CPT and ICD10 coding within a practice settingEffectively utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Highly developed written and verbal communication skillsStrong background working in practice management system(s).
