[Remote] Revenue Cycle Account Manager

The Revenue Cycle Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between designated practices or hospital sites and the Revenue Cycle Operations team, responsible for managing and optimizing the revenue cycle, including billing, coding, and financial performance.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain effective communication with assigned practices or hospital sites to identify and address business needsCollaborate across departments (e.g., compliance, coding, digital, revenue integrity) to support integration of new services and business opportunitiesConduct regular meetings with stakeholders and provide timely responses to inquiriesAnalyze monthly performance data, including projections and budget comparisonsProvide statistical reports and consult on performance variancesConduct quality assurance checks and support implementation tasksMaintain and prioritize issue lists; develop and implement action plansProvide updates on RCO initiatives aimed at improving billing and revenue captureAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for new initiativesMonitor activity using EPIC Dashboards, Work queues, and reportsDevelop standardized approaches for reporting, analysis, and quality managementEnsure charge and account receivables processing meets service standardsRepresent RCO functional areas and facilitate communication across teamsAttend required meetings and participate in committees and task forcesSkillsBachelor's Degree Finance required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study requiredExperience in healthcare, finance, billing, or revenue cycle management (professional or hospital) 3-5 years requiredStrong understanding of healthcare billing, finance, and accounting principlesAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Motivated to achieve service excellenceProficiency in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies for revenue enhancement and process improvementAbility to present to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and front-line staff.
