[Remote] Revenue Analytics Manager

This role requires a blend of technical skills and business acumen to drive impactful reporting and automation in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn recurring reporting across Sales, Marketing, and CS: pipeline, win rates, ARR, funnel performance, churn/retention metrics, and usage dataBuild and maintain reporting infrastructure in Looker Studio, BigQuery, and SalesforceEnsure reports are accurate, timely, and accessible to the right stakeholdersIdentify trends and surface insights proactively — don't wait to be askedDesign and build standard and mid-complexity dashboards for GTM stakeholdersCollaborate with the Senior Director on architecture for high-visibility exec-facing dashboardsEstablish dashboard standards: naming conventions, refresh cadences, data source documentationMaintain a self-service reporting culture — build dashboards people can trust and use without hand-holdingIdentify and eliminate manual, repetitive processes across the BD&I team and GTM stakeholdersBuild automated workflows in Salesforce, Looker Studio, and adjacent toolsDocument automation logic and maintain operational runbooks for key recurring processesOwn complex and ambiguous ad hoc requestsTranslate business questions into clear analytical frameworks and communicate findings clearly — in writing, in dashboards, and in live settingsServe as the escalation point for data quality and SFDC issues — investigate root causes and drive resolutionEstablish and enforce data standards across reporting domains you ownEnsure GTM KPI definitions are consistent and documentedSkills5–8 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or GTM/Revenue Operations — with meaningful experience at a startup or high-growth SaaS companyDemonstrated ability to operate autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-moving environmentProven ownership of reporting across at least two GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, or CS)Strong proficiency in Looker Studio or comparable BI tool (Tableau, Power BI)Hands-on experience with Salesforce — reporting, data model, and CRM operationsWorking SQL with BigQuery or equivalent cloud data warehouse experienceStrong written and verbal communication — comfortable presenting findings to leadershipHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExperience building Claude or LLM-powered internal tools or workflowsFamiliarity with Upside, Snowflake, or similar modern data stack toolsPrior experience in a formal manager or team lead roleBackground in GTM compensation, quota, or territory analyticsExposure to board-level or C-suite reporting cyclesExperience with Salesforce Flows or process automationBenefitsCompetitive compensation & equity, aligned with experience and market benchmarksComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceRemote-first culture with opportunities for in-person collaborationProfessional development budget for courses, conferences, and ongoing learningGenerous PTO and holidaysInclusive culture committed to diverse backgrounds and perspectivesCompany OverviewCresta uses artificial intelligence to assist sales and service agents in the quality of customer service.
