[Remote] Revenue Accountant - Remote

They are seeking a Revenue Accountant to perform account reconciliations, support month-end close activities, manage sales commissions, and assist with revenue recognition in alignment with GAAP.ResponsibilitiesAccount Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of revenue, receivables, and billing accounts to ensure accuracy and completenessMonth-End Close Support: Support month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and review of revenue-related balances to ensure accuracy and completenessManage calculations and tracking for Sales Commissions, and customer rebate programs. Working closely with Sales and Accounting leadership teamCollections Support: Collaborate with the Collections team on invoicing adjustments, credit memos, and billing issue resolutionCustomer Management: Maintain and update customer records in NetSuite—billing contacts, terms, addresses, and master data integrityRevenue Recognition & Reporting: Assist with revenue recognition in alignment with GAAP (including ASC 606) and prepare basic revenue reports as directedCross‑Functional Communication: Liaise with Sales, Billing, and Finance teams to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and streamline revenue workflowsAudit & Process Enhancement: Support internal audits and contribute to process improvements, controls, and documentation when neededRevenue Analysis & Reporting: Perform detailed revenue analysis, prepare recurring and ad hoc revenue reports, and investigate variances and trends by product, site, and customerSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred2–5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or revenue-related experience—preferably in SaaS, pharma, or healthcareProficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), familiarity with ERP/accounting systems—experience with NetSuite preferredStrong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlinesEffective communication skills, with a collaborative, proactive attitudeBasic understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15)Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, aligned with US/Central time hoursPrevious NetSuite experienceExposure to pharmaceutical or radiopharmacy billing processesFamiliarity with pricing tools like LisbonBasic SQL or data analysis capabilitiesBenefits401(k) retirement benefit programMedicalDental careDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programExtended health careLife insurancePaid time offVision careCompany OverviewPharmaLogic is a leading global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specialized in diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals.
