This newly created position focuses on end-to-end revenue and billing operations, requiring strong accounting expertise and process ownership to support growth and improve billing complexity.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end billing process from contract review through invoice creation, cash receipt tracking, and revenue-related account supportPrepare and post journal entries and complete balance sheet reconciliations tied to AR, AP, retention, and other revenue-related activityPartner with operations, engineering, project managers, and IT to improve handoffs, support system customization, and build more effective billing workflowsHelp document and formalize processes, controls, and policy documentation related to contract-to-cash and project accounting activitiesMaintain accurate project records and account data, ensuring strong data governance across billing, customer, and contract informationProvide backup support for AP-related work and assist with related reconciliations and retention tracking as neededSkills3+ years experience with Construction billing and end-to-end contract-to-cash processesAccounting fundamentals including journal entries, general ledger structure, and balance sheet reconciliationsRevenue recognition exposure within construction or contract-based environmentsExcel skills including pivot tables, SUMIFS, and VLOOKUPsCross-functional communication with project managers, operations, engineering, and systems teamsStrong problem-solving ability, process ownership, data governance focus, and professional communication styleExperience with Net Suite is a plusExposure to SaaS-based tools and both Google and Microsoft environments is helpfulBenefitsA 10% bonusRemoteCompany OverviewHigh Country Search Group specializes in providing executive recruiting and temporary staffing services.
