The Retirement Solution Specialist will provide concierge support to Retirement Benefit Group advisors and their clients, focusing on increasing client contributions and re-engaging non-contributors to ensure a secure retirement future.ResponsibilitiesOffer personalized assistance to RBG advisors and their clients, addressing queries, providing insights, and offering options for retirement contributions and asset consolidationActively reach out to clients with inactive or paused contributions to understand their concerns and encourage them to resume contributionsDevelop and implement strategies to increase contributions from existing clients, including personalized communication and follow-upWork closely with RBG advisors to identify opportunities for improving client contribution rates and provide actionable recommendationsEducate clients on the benefits of regular contributions and the impact on their long-term retirement securityIdentify clients at risk of moving their assets outside of Equitable and provide tailored rollover product solutions to retain their business in partnership with their Equitable Advisor(s)Analyze client data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for increasing contributionsTrack and report on key performance metrics related to client contributions and re-engagement effortsSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related fieldSeries 6, 63, life, health and variable requiredMinimum of 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or client-facing role within the financial services industryProven experience in financial services, particularly in retirement planning or sales supportStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and advisorsExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client engagementAbility to analyze data and develop strategic plans to increase client contributionsKnowledge of retirement plans, contribution strategies, and financial productsHigh level of professionalism and a client-focused mindsetFlexible remoteOccasional travel may be required for client meetings or branch visitsRelevant certifications (e.g., Series 7, Series 66) preferred but not requiredBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionA 401(k) planPaid time offCompany OverviewEquitable provides consulting services to secure the financial well-being and retirement strategies for individuals and families.
