[Remote] Retirement Solution Specialist- Western Territory (WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, UT, CO) (REMOTE)

The Retirement Solution Specialist will provide dedicated support to targeted Retirement Benefit Group advisors and their clients, focusing on increasing contributions and re-engaging non-contributors to ensure a secure retirement future. Responsibilities β€’ Offer personalized assistance to RBG advisors and their clients, addressing queries, providing insights, and offering options for retirement contributions and asset consolidation β€’ Actively reach out to clients with inactive or paused contributions to understand their concerns and encourage them to resume contributions β€’ Develop and implement strategies to increase contributions from existing clients, including personalized communication and follow-up β€’ Work closely with RBG advisors to identify opportunities for improving client contribution rates and provide actionable recommendations β€’ Educate clients on the benefits of regular contributions and the impact on their long-term retirement security β€’ Identify clients at risk of moving their assets outside of Equitable and provide tailored rollover product solutions to retain their business in partnership with their Equitable Advisor(s) β€’ Analyze client data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for increasing contributions β€’ Track and report on key performance metrics related to client contributions and re-engagement efforts Skills β€’ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field β€’ Series 6, 63, life, health and variable required β€’ Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or client-facing role within the financial services industry β€’ Proven experience in financial services, particularly in retirement planning or sales support β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and advisors β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client engagement β€’ Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans to increase client contributions β€’ Knowledge of retirement plans, contribution strategies, and financial products β€’ High level of professionalism and a client-focused mindset β€’ Flexible remote β€’ Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or branch visits β€’ Relevant certifications (e.g., Series 7, Series 66) preferred but not required Benefits β€’ Medical β€’ Dental β€’ Vision β€’ A 401(k) plan β€’ Paid time off Company Overview β€’ Equitable provides consulting services to secure the financial well-being and retirement strategies for individuals and families.
