The Retirement Plan Consultant will provide objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees, conducting presentations and participating in education campaigns to enhance plan participation and deferral rates.ResponsibilitiesConduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and to grow plan assets.
