[Remote] Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst, (RPA)

They are seeking a Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst to perform full A-Z administration for defined contribution retirement plans, focusing on compliance testing and client communication.ResponsibilitiesAdminister full-cycle (A-Z) plan operations for a book of 401(k) and cross-tested retirement plansPerform compliance testing including ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4)Coordinate year-end valuations and interpret plan documentsProcess participant transactions such as loans, hardships, and distributionsPrepare and file IRS/government forms including 5500, 8955, and 5330Reconcile plan assets and complete trust accounting tasksImport and manage census and participant dataRecommend and evaluate plan design changes to ensure ongoing compliance and client satisfactionCommunicate with clients on plan administration issues with clarity and professionalismLeverage internal systems and technology to streamline processes and improve accuracyOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or similarly related field3-5+ years of experience in retirement plan administration, preferably in a TPA environmentDeep understanding of regulatory compliance and testing standardsKnowledge of ERISA regulationsSkilled communicator with strong organizational and project management abilitiesDetail-oriented with solid math/accounting skillsAble to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environmentProficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)Proficient in Relius softwareASPPA credentials (or in progress) strongly preferredBenefitsFlexible Workplace – Hybrid and remote options available for many roles.Flexible PTO – Competitive paid time off, including flexible & unlimited options.Inclusive Environment – A culture that values diversity, collaboration, and respect.Growth Opportunities – Support for ongoing learning and career development.Comprehensive Benefits – Health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.Workplace Perks – Incentive bonus programs, flexible hours, & more.Company OverviewStrongpoint Partners provides retirement plan administration, payroll, financial, recordkeeping, HR, and fiduciary services.
