[Remote] Retirement Plan Administrator

PRI Technology is seeking a Retirement Plan Administrator to support the administration, governance, and oversight of the company’s qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, including 401(k) and pension programs. The role involves executing governance processes, supporting compliance activities, and managing vendor relationships to ensure effective plan operations while delivering a strong participant experience.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day administration of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, including 401(k) and pension plansOversee core plan activities such as eligibility, contributions, distributions, vesting, and benefit calculationsCoordinate nondiscrimination testing, annual limits, audits, Form 5500 filings, and other regulatory requirements in partnership with internal teams and external vendorsSupport reconciliation, approval, and funding of defined benefit plan paymentsExecute governance processes for retirement plans, including 401(k) and nonqualified plan administrationMaintain alignment between plan documents, Summary Plan Descriptions, and plan operationsSupport retirement committees, trustees, and leadership by preparing materials, reporting, and insightsIdentify, assess, and escalate operational, compliance, and fiduciary risks, and support remediation effortsMaintain documentation, including SOPs and operational controlsSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5–8 years of experience in retirement plan administration, operations, or governanceHigh proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze plan data and reportingStrong knowledge of qualified and/or nonqualified retirement plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution plansWorking knowledge of ERISA requirements and retirement plan compliance practicesExperience supporting audits, compliance testing, and regulatory filingsExperience working with external vendors and managing service deliveryAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a large corporate or financial services organizationProfessional designation (e.g., CEBS, QPA, QKA) or advanced degreeCompany OverviewIT Staffing Solutions - Experience the Difference Working With Professionals That Understand Your Information Technology Needs and the Importance of Managing Your Costs!
