[Remote] Residential Review Appraiser

They are seeking a Residential Review Appraiser to provide opinions of value on residential real estate while ensuring compliance with bank regulations and appraisal standards, focusing on building relationships with integrity and excellence.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Receives appraisal requests and determines the type of appraisal and report required based on bank regulations and the degree of credit risk
ā¢ Reviews residential appraisal reports by independent fee appraisers and reports findings and conclusions in written format
ā¢ Orders original and updated appraisals from fee appraisers; monitors status of orders, communicates with fee appraisers and bank officers to solve any order problems
ā¢ Forms a final opinion of value on the properties appraised
ā¢ Attends related real estate appraisal courses, seminars and meetings for the purpose of maintaining current market knowledge of real estate values and appraisal procedures and techniques
