We are looking for the following skills that will benefit you during your paid training. - Computer skills with learning our data entry customer service portal - Independent worker skills to answer email inquiries - Excellent written communication - Customer service experience - Retail sales experience preferred - Background in hospitality, travel or appointment setting - Enjoy working as a Team! In addition to these skills this position will require - Google Docs/Drive knowledge - Social Media, marketing and advertising experience (using Canva and Constant Contact) - Friendly upbeat interaction with potential guests and homeowners Brief description: -develop a good relationship with the homeowner -maintain the property description/photos/dates/rates and all pertinent information -ensure each property is up to date with details on description (local attractions/restaurants/summer happenings) -check daily the guest reservations for any discrepancies or updates -oversee reaching out to guest for any reservation updates, communication from guest to homeowner and vice versa -be able to give an update on their “key” property during a weekly check in, either verbally or through an email. -close out at the end of the guest stay. Make sure (if responsible) cleaning is done, inspection is done, security deposit info is up to date, review is requested and then review is updated and submitted. - record and update on DRIVE spreadsheet when property has been updated. - continue to grow in this position as the company grows Medford NJ looking for part-time Reservationist Agent, approximately up to 30 hours per week including Saturday/Sundays. Must be able to work weekend shifts and notify employer of any future summer conflicts. Phones, computers skills, customer service, proficient in Google Docs/Drive, home office set up a must. Social Media and Email Campaign knowledge preferred.
