This role focuses on market mapping, talent intelligence, and executive-level candidate identification within emerging technology sectors.ResponsibilitiesConduct targeted talent research to identify AI-focused Investment Banking professionals across North AmericaDevelop comprehensive market maps of target companies, teams, and individual contributorsMaintain accurate candidate data and research findings within ATS and CRM systemsProvide ongoing talent market insights, compensation trends, and competitor analysisSkills3+ years of recruiting research, talent intelligence, executive search research, or strategic sourcing experienceProven experience identifying and engaging Investment Banking talentStrong understanding of financial services, M&A advisory, capital markets, private capital, or technology banking sectorsExceptional Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping capabilitiesExperience sourcing highly specialized and passive candidatesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced startup environmentPrevious experience supporting searches within AI, technology, fintech, venture capital, private equity, or investment bankingFamiliarity with leading firms including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, J.P.
