[Remote] Research Fellow, Applied AI & Intelligent Systems

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Red4 Technology is a Deep Tech Strategy and Execution Partner focusing on AI and intelligent systems. The Research Fellow will support research initiatives across various domains, contributing to frameworks, prototypes, and publications that enhance the Red4 Innovation Operating System℠. Responsibilities • Conduct structured research across AI systems, cybernetics, control theory, and trust architectures • Help develop models and mechanisms within the Red4 Innovation Operating System℠ • Support architecture diagrams, system maps, and prototype design • Contribute to academic-style papers, internal briefs, and grant submissions • Analyze emerging technologies and distill findings into actionable insights • Collaborate with Red4 and external partners in universities, institutes, and research labs • Translate complex ideas into clear and defensible frameworks Skills • 5+ years in AI or ML, systems engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or applied research • Ability to think across layers (models → systems → workflows → outcomes) • Strong written communication, structured reasoning, and conceptual clarity • Curiosity for deep tech, hybrid compute, identity systems, or post-quantum security • Comfortable turning ambiguous questions into clear and structured work • Experience in research labs, innovation programs, or academic collaborations • Familiarity with agentic AI, LLM workflows, or identity and governance systems • Exposure to system modeling, cyber-physical systems, or distributed architectures • Participation in grant-funded projects or publication efforts Company Overview • Focused on helping corporations plan, market, scale, and transform business model for long-term growth.
