Remote Representative II, Customer Service Medical Documentation Specialist

Remote Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am ET - 5:00pm ET What Contract and Billing contributes to Cardinal Health The Core Medical Documentation Representative role is centered around making sure all required medical documentation is complete and accurate so patient orders can move forward without delay. This includes contacting doctors’ offices, following up consistently, and ensuring we’ve obtained everything needed from insurance providers so equipment can be shipped and delivered on time. • Demonstrates knowledge of financial processes, systems, controls, and work streams. • Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives • Demonstrates ability to respond to non-standard requests from vendors and customers. • Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done.
