Job Title: Remote Healthcare Member Services Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our team as Remote Healthcare Member Services Representatives. This role presents a unique chance to significantly enhance the lives of our members while enjoying the convenience and flexibility of a work-from-home environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, delivering exceptional support and service.
  • Address a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist members in navigating benefit inquiries, ID card requests, eligibility verifications, billing concerns, and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and updates to member profiles.
  • Document interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance using dual-screen technology.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment or 2+ years in customer service roles.
  • Capability to pass the required assessment.
  • Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including weekends.
  • Experience in healthcare is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Compensation during training: $21.63/hr
  • Post-training compensation: $22.66/hr
  • Training period: 12 weeks with a variable schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM MST and 11:30 AM-8:00 PM MST.
  • Following training, a fixed schedule will be established with potential adjustments based on call volume, with advance notice provided.
  • Availability for weekend shifts is essential; shifts may commence as early as 7:00 AM MST and conclude as late as 9:30 PM MST (Monday-Sunday). Two weekdays off will always be provided.
