The Reporting Analyst will transform travel data into actionable insights to support program optimization and strategic decision-making, collaborating with various teams to develop accurate reporting for stakeholders and clients.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain client-facing reporting packages that provide visibility into corporate travel program performanceAnalyze travel spend across air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation categoriesCreate reports highlighting booking trends, traveler behavior, supplier utilization, and program complianceSupport quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive client meetings with data-driven insightsIdentify opportunities to improve travel policy compliance, adoption, savings, and traveler experienceTranslate travel data into recommendations that help clients optimize their programsAnalyze booking data from Online Booking Tools (OBTs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), expense platforms, and internal reporting systemsMonitor key travel metrics including: Total travel spend, Booking volume, Advance purchase behavior, Online booking adoption, Policy compliance, Airline and hotel utilization, Savings opportunities, Unused ticket activity, Traveler engagement, Agent-assisted versus self-service bookingsIdentify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysisProvide actionable recommendations to internal teams and clientsDevelop reporting to measure TMC operational performance and service deliveryTrack key operational metrics including: Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance, Agent response times, Call/email/chat volumes, Ticketing activity, Queue performance, Customer satisfaction trends, After-hours support activity, Escalation trendsPartner with Operations leadership to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunitiesCreate dashboards that provide real-time visibility into operational healthAnalyze airline, hotel, and rental car performance to support supplier strategyMonitor negotiated contract performance and utilizationIdentify opportunities for increased adoption of preferred suppliersSupport supplier reviews with data-backed insightsAnalyze fare, rate, and content availability trendsBuild and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platformsCreate automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processesDevelop standardized reporting templates and documentationValidate data accuracy across multiple travel technology platformsPartner with Technology teams to improve reporting capabilities and data availabilitySkills3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or travel operations analyticsExperience analyzing corporate travel data preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data analysisExperience writing SQL queries and working with structured dataExperience developing dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI or TableauStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyAbility to manage multiple reporting priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working within a Travel Management Company (TMC)Knowledge of corporate travel technology platforms including: Online Booking Tools (OBTs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Expense platforms, CRM systems, Travel reporting platformsExperience with platforms such as Spotnana, Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport, Concur, or similar technologiesExperience supporting enterprise travel clientsExperience building executive-level reporting packagesFamiliarity with airline contracts, negotiated rates, and travel program optimizationCompany OverviewSolutions Travel is a travel management company that offers data reporting and analytics services.
