Job Title: Remote Rental Client Coordinator (Part-Time) Location: Remote – must live in Florida Compensation: $300–$400 per week (flat, part-time) About Us We’re a South Florida real estate team that specializes in residential rentals. We work almost entirely with inbound renter inquiries (no cold calling, door knocking, or prospecting). Our focus is simple: give renters a smooth, organized experience from first contact to move-in. Position Summary We’re looking for a Remote Rental Client Coordinator to manage new rental leads, guide clients through a short intake conversation, and schedule showings for our agents. You’ll be the first voice renters hear, so professionalism and warmth on the phone are important. Key Responsibilities • Call and text new inbound rental leads promptly • Ask a few core questions (budget, timing, area, bedrooms, pets, etc.) • Record client details in our CRM and keep statuses updated • Coordinate and schedule property showings with our agents • Send basic follow-up messages and reminders to clients • Share links/forms with clients when they’re ready to apply or submit offers • Communicate clearly with the team about booked showings and client updates (All processes and scripts are provided — you’ll be trained on exactly how we do things.)
