The role involves leading and reviewing tax engagements for Ultra High Net Worth clients while providing strategic tax planning and managing client relationships. Responsibilities • Lead and review complex tax engagements for UHNW individuals, family groups, and real estate partnerships • Provide proactive and strategic tax planning for clients with multi-state, multi-entity, and investment-heavy profiles • Direct and mentor staff in a collaborative, low-stress environment where people actually enjoy working together • Manage client relationships—and build new ones—with a white-glove, service-first mindset • Partner closely with the firm’s leadership to shape processes, culture, and long-term growth Skills • CPA license required. • 6+ years of public accounting experience with heavy exposure to UHNW, complex individual taxation, real estate, and partnerships. • Strong technical and research skills; ability to navigate nuanced planning scenarios. • Someone who values autonomy, communication, and strong client relationships. • A relaxed, friendly professional who thrives in a casual, flexible environment. • Experience with family offices or entertainment/creative-industry clients. • Comfort working hands-on in a dynamic boutique environment.
