[Remote] Remote Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager - Top 100 Firm | Low Hours | Up to $170K

They are seeking a Tax Manager to lead and manage complex tax engagements, supervise staff, and provide strategic tax planning and advisory services while maintaining a strong focus on work-life balance. Responsibilities • Lead and manage complex tax engagements for middle-market and high-net-worth clients • Supervise and mentor senior associates and staff accountants • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Review tax returns and research technical tax matters • Contribute to practice development and firm initiatives Skills • 5-7+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting • CPA or EA license required (JD considered too) • Strong technical tax knowledge across business and individual taxation • Proven experience managing client relationships and supervising staff • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Experience with tax software and research tools Benefits • Performance-based bonuses • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision • 401(k) with employer match • 5 weeks PTO + 14.5 paid holidays (including entire Thanksgiving week) • Parental leave and other paid leave options • Professional development and continuing education support Company Overview • A Recruiting Company with Heart, Hustle, and High Standards.
