The role involves designing legal scenarios, evaluating AI-generated legal responses, and providing structured feedback based on legal standards.ResponsibilitiesDesign realistic legal scenarios drawn from real estate, tax, bankruptcy/restructuring, trusts and estates, or related specialty practice areasCreate tasks involving real estate purchases and leasing, M&A tax structuring, Chapter 11 matters, estate planning, trust formation, or specialty workflowsDevelop scenario materials that reflect real-world legal practice, practitioner judgment, and high-stakes legal analysisEnsure scenarios are clear, realistic, technically accurate, and appropriate for structured evaluationWrite attorney-quality reference responses for specialty legal tasksEvaluate AI-generated responses against legal accuracy, practical judgment, issue spotting, and professional standardsReview outputs involving real estate agreements, tax analysis, restructuring workflows, estate planning, trust administration, or related specialty materialsIdentify gaps in legal reasoning, incomplete analysis, weak drafting, unsupported conclusions, or commercially impractical recommendationsGrade legal responses against structured rubrics and project-specific evaluation criteriaProvide clear written feedback explaining response strengths, weaknesses, and legal reasoning issuesParticipate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions to align review standardsMaintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted legal evaluation workSkills3+ years of professional experience in real estate, tax, bankruptcy/restructuring, trusts and estates, or a related specialty legal practiceExperience as an in-house specialist, partner, senior associate, former government attorney, agency attorney, or comparable legal practitionerJ.D., LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent legal education from an accredited law schoolActive, inactive, or comparable legal qualification relevant to the applicable jurisdiction and project scopeExcellent written communication skills and high attention to detailAbility to work independently in a remote, project-based environmentCross-specialty experience across multiple practice areasIn-house experience at a real estate developer, financial institution, wealth management firm, family office, or comparable organizationBankruptcy court experience, trustee work, creditor-side work, debtor-side work, or restructuring advisory experienceExperience drafting, reviewing, or evaluating specialty legal documents, transaction materials, tax memos, estate planning documents, or restructuring filingsAvailability for at least 15 hours per week, with higher availability preferred depending on project scopeBenefitsIndependent contractor roleFully remote with flexible schedulingEligible professionals may be based in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom depending on project needsWeekly payments via Stripe or WiseProjects may be extended, shortened, or adjusted depending on scope and performanceCompany OverviewAt 24-MAG, we support emerging AI and consulting platforms by sourcing and connecting qualified professionals with remote, contract-based opportunities.
