Solturo Solutions is hiring a motivated Senior Healthcare Recruiter to support their US partner in finding, hiring, and onboarding qualified caregivers. The role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing recruitment processes.ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume caregiver roles (HHAs, PCAs, CNAs)Strategic Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, local community networks to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidatesScreening & Compliance: Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Ensure all candidates meet strict state and federal compliance regulations (e.g., background checks, reference checks, certifications, and health screenings)Match clients with potential caregivers.
